Directions on how to choose your bus

  1. You need to have paid off your Grad Nite Ticket or Senior Packet with USB.
  2. You will receive a Field Trip Permission Form sometime in early that you will need to have completed (with insurance and parent signature).
  3. On, May 3, return Permission Form to Dr. Velazquez during lunch in the outdoor stage.
  4. Dr.. Velazquez & The Senior Class Officers will then hand you a Token Form (seen below).  This form contains the web address and ONE TIME USE ONLY code.
  5. Log into the website www.dhshsgradnight.com/signup during lunch on May 3 use the token code, and fill in the information and choose your bus. (Bus Names may change)
